Reinforcing method of building solid waste aggregate
The invention discloses a strengthening method of building solid waste aggregate, which comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing a polymer emulsion and an inorganic nano material, standing at room temperature, and curing to obtain a composite polymer emulsion; 2) mixing the composite polymer emulsion with building solid waste aggregate, and performing vibration compounding under a negative pressure condition; and then curing under a normal pressure condition, and heating and drying to obtain the reinforced recycled aggregate. According to the present invention, the composite reinforcement means of the polymer emulsion and the inorganic material is adopted, and the negative pressure vibration, the curing and other processes are further combined, such that the water absorption rate of the recycled aggregate can be effectively reduced, the strength of the recycled aggregate can be effectively improved, and the related preparation method has advantages of simpleness, convenient operation, wide raw material source, significant economic and environmental benefits, and suitableness for promotion and application.
本发明公开了一种建筑固废骨料的强化方法,包括如下步骤:1)将聚合物乳液与无机纳米材料混合均匀,室温静置养生后得复合聚合物乳液;2)将复合聚合物乳液与建筑固废骨料混合,在负压条件下,进行振动复合;然后在常压条件下进行养生,加热干燥,得强化后的再生骨料。发明采用聚合物乳液与无机材料的复合强化手段,并进一步结合负压振动和养生等工艺,可有效降低再生骨料吸水率并提高再生骨料的强度,且涉及的制备方法简单、操作方便,原料来源广,具有显著的经济和环境效益,适合推广应用。
