The invention discloses a zirconium oxide composite biological ceramic preparation method, which comprises: A, preparing the following raw materials by mass: 100-120 parts of zirconium oxide, 10-15 parts of yttrium oxide, 3-5 parts of magnesium oxide, 1-2 parts of aluminum oxide, and 1-2 parts of calcium carbonate; b, mixing the raw materials prepared in the step A, and grinding; c, performing high-temperature calcination on the ground raw materials to obtain a biological ceramic semi-finished product; d, performing chemical vapor deposition on the biological ceramic semi-finished product, and depositing a graphene layer on the surface of the biological ceramic semi-finished product; and E, performing high-temperature calcination on the biological ceramic semi-finished product deposited with the graphene layer to obtain a zirconium oxide composite biological ceramic finished product. The defects in the prior art can be overcome, and the bonding strength of the graphene layer and the zirconium oxide biological ceramic is improved.
