The invention relates to a quartz fiber reinforced silicon dioxide ceramic-based composite material with a sandwich structure and a preparation method of the quartz fiber reinforced silicon dioxide ceramic-based composite material. The method comprises the following steps: impregnating a quartz fiber preform with silicon dioxide sol to obtain a blank; carrying out surface hydrophobization treatment by using a hydrophobic reagent; irradiating the surface of the blank through a quartz lamp to remove surface hydrophobic groups; continuously dipping the blank by using silicon dioxide sol; and sintering the blank to prepare the quartz fiber reinforced silicon dioxide composite material with the sandwich structure. According to the method disclosed by the invention, a novel method for preparing the quartz fiber reinforced silicon dioxide ceramic-based composite material with the sandwich structure is developed by adopting a quartz fiber preform through selective heat treatment and selective impregnation.
本发明涉及一种具有夹层结构的石英纤维增强二氧化硅陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法。所述方法包括以下步骤:使用二氧化硅溶胶浸渍石英纤维预制体,得到毛坯;使用疏水试剂进行表面疏水化处理;通过石英灯照射毛坯表面以去除表层疏水基团;使用二氧化硅溶胶继续浸渍毛坯;对毛坯进行烧结处理,制得具有夹层结构的石英纤维增强二氧化硅复合材料。本发明方法采用石英纤维预制体,通过选择性热处理及选择性浸渍,开发出了一种制备具有夹层结构的石英纤维增强二氧化硅陶瓷基复合材料的新方法。
