The invention discloses an assembly type universal end cap of an anti-floating anchor rod and a construction method of the anti-floating anchor rod. When the diameter of a drill hole is increased, a variable-diameter blade expands outwards so that the tail end of the variable-diameter blade can be attached to the hole wall of the drill hole; and when the diameter of the drill hole is reduced, the variable-diameter blades are inwards folded towards the center of the steel bar barrel so that the tail ends of the variable-diameter blades can be attached to the hole wall of the drill hole, and it is guaranteed that the center of the steel bar barrel coincides with the center of the drill hole all the time. The variable-diameter blade can well adapt to the change of the diameters of drill holes at different depths through buckling deformation of the variable-diameter blade, so that the tail end of the variable-diameter blade is attached to the wall of the drill hole, the center of a reinforcing steel bar cylinder is enabled to coincide with the center of the drill hole all the time, the centering quality is greatly improved, the phenomenon of hole clamping is avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the end cap not only can be adapted to the construction of the twisted steel anti-floating anchor rod, but also can be adapted to the construction of the steel strand anti-floating anchor rod, the universality is high, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了抗浮锚杆的装配式通用型端头帽及抗浮锚杆的施工方法,当钻孔直径变大时,所述变径叶向外张开以使其末端贴合在钻孔孔壁上;当钻孔直径变小时,所述变径叶朝向钢筋筒之中心向内收合以使其末端贴合在钻孔孔壁上,保证钢筋筒之中心始终与钻孔之中心重合。变径叶能通过自身的屈曲变形,很好的适应钻孔不同深度处钻孔直径的变化,以使其末端贴合在钻孔孔壁上,进而保证钢筋筒之中心始终与钻孔之中心重合,大幅提高了对中质量,而且不会出现卡孔的现象,提高施工效率。同时,该端头帽不仅可适配螺纹钢筋抗浮锚杆的施工,还能适配钢绞线抗浮锚杆的施工,通配性强,降低了施工成本。
