The invention relates to the technical field of municipal pipe networks, in particular to a rainwater and sewage diversion pipe network which comprises a rainwater well and a sewage well, outlets of the rainwater well and the sewage well are communicated with a river channel and a sewage treatment plant respectively, and inlets of the rainwater well and the sewage well are both communicated with a mixed water well; the mixed water well is communicated with the rainwater well and the sewage well through the dynamic adjustment rainwater and sewage separation well, a crushing tank is arranged in the dynamic adjustment rainwater and sewage separation well, and a mixed water inlet pipe is arranged on one side of the upper half section of the crushing tank. After being filtered by the filtering holes in the lower half section of the crushing tank in the crushing tank, the rainwater is discharged from the sewage outlet in the bottom of the dynamically-adjusted rainwater and sewage separation well, and cannot overflow upwards to enter the water outlet, so that the sewage is prevented from entering a river channel; and the stable diversion effect of the pipe network on rain sewage is ensured.
