The asphalt mixture prepared by using the digital asphalt mixture model is high in density, compact and waterproof, has a certain friction coefficient and a set surface structure depth, and is stable at a high temperature, crack-resistant at a low temperature, high in unconfined compressive strength and high in fatigue resistance and rutting resistance. The surface roughness of the prepared asphalt mixture can be randomly controlled, and the void rate is known, controllable and adjustable; the characteristics of less maintenance, long service life and super-long durability are realized; at a proper temperature, the asphalt mixture prepared by using the digital asphalt mixture model is more convenient to construct, cost-saving, simple and practical, and has very high economical efficiency and applicability.
本发明数字原材料;重建了数字混凝土材料填充定则;重最大堆积密度理论;最接近骨架密实结构最具耐久性原则;适当小粒径混凝土更耐久性规律;发现了先包裹后填充秩序定则;提出了表观比表面积、相似粒型等新概念;以此为基础建立了数字沥青混合料模型。运用数字沥青混合料模型配制的沥青混合料密度大,致密防水,具有一定的摩擦系数和设定的表面构造深度,高温稳定,低温抗裂,无侧限抗压强度高,抗疲劳抗车辙能力强。配制的沥青混合料表面粗糙程度可以随意控制,空隙率先知、可控、可调;具有维修少、寿命长、超长耐久特性;在合适温度下,利用数字沥青混合料模型配制的沥青混合料更便于施工,节约成本,简单实用,具有很高经济性和适用性。
