The invention discloses a green inorganic tough shield synchronous grouting material and application. The shield synchronous grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of cement, 10 to 15 parts of mineral powder, 80 to 90 parts of fly ash, 3 to 5 parts of bentonite, 0.1 to 0.5 part of water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.05 to 0.1 part of thickening agent, 1 to 3 parts of modified epoxy resin, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of curing agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of composite fiber and 50 to 60 parts of water. The modified epoxy resin and the composite fiber are cooperatively used, the corrosion resistance, compressive strength and breaking strength of the shield synchronous grouting material are enhanced, meanwhile, all the raw material components are reasonably matched, and the green inorganic tough shield synchronous grouting material with excellent overall performance and good durability is prepared.
本发明公开了绿色无机韧性盾构同步注浆材料及应用,盾构同步注浆材料包括按重量份计的如下组分:水泥10‑20份、矿粉10‑15份、粉煤灰80‑90份、膨润土3‑5份、减水剂0.1‑0.5份、消泡剂0.05‑0.1份、增稠剂0.05‑0.1份、改性环氧树脂1‑3份、固化剂0.5‑1.5份、复合纤维0.1‑0.5份、水50‑60份。本发明改性环氧树脂与复合纤维协同使用,增强了盾构同步注浆材料的防腐性能、抗压强度和抗折强度,同时各原料组分合理配比,制备得到整体性能优越和耐久性能好的绿色无机韧性盾构同步注浆材料。
