The invention discloses a green inorganic tough TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) wall post-grouting material and application thereof. The TBM wall post-grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 70 parts of cement, 30 to 50 parts of fly ash, 5 to 10 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 5 to 10 parts of bentonite, 0.1 to 0.5 part of water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.05 to 0.1 part of thickening agent, 5 to 20 parts of waterborne polyurethane emulsion, 0.1 to 2 parts of modified glass fiber and 40 to 60 parts of water. According to the invention, all the raw material components are synergistically used, so that resource utilization of wastes is realized, environmental pollution is reduced, the overall performance and durability of the grouting material are improved, and a more reliable material basis is provided for shield engineering.
