The invention discloses fire clay for masonry of refractory bricks and capable of improving bonding strength and a preparation method of the fire clay, and the fire clay comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 48-52% of clay clinker powder, 18-22% of soft clay, 8-12% of high-aluminum clinker powder, 10-12% of a binder, 1-2% of an additive and the balance of water. The preparation method of the fire clay comprises the following steps: S1, burdening; S2, mixing materials; and S3, mixing. By modifying the wheat straw fibers, compared with a binder applied to the fire clay preparation process in the prior art, the fire clay has the advantages that the binding strength is higher, the requirement on the temperature condition is lower, the binding strength is still higher at normal temperature, and wider use in the refractory brick building process is met.
本发明公开了一种提高粘结强度的耐火砖砌筑用火泥及制备方法,所述火泥按照质量百分比计,包括48~52%的粘土孰料粉、18~22%的软质粘土、8~12%的高铝熟料粉、10~12%的粘结剂、1~2%的添加剂以及余量的水;上述火泥的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、配料,S2、混合物料,S3、混炼;本发明通过对麦秸纤维进行改性处理,相较于现有技术中应用在火泥制备过程的粘结剂,具备较高的粘结强度,同时对于温度条件的要求较低,在常温下依然具备较高的粘结强度,满足在耐火砖砌筑过程中更广泛的使用。
