The self-anchoring structure comprises a bridge tower and a constructed steel box girder, the bridge tower is provided with an annular self-anchoring support body, the bottom of the bridge tower is provided with a support bottom embedded steel plate, the annular self-anchoring support body is connected with the support bottom embedded steel plate and the constructed steel box girder, the top of the constructed steel box girder is provided with a self-anchoring truss, and the self-anchoring truss is connected with the annular self-anchoring support body. And lifting equipment is arranged at one end, facing the mounting surface, of the self-anchoring truss. The invention further discloses a self-anchoring method for overall lifting of the steel box girder. The self-anchoring method comprises the following steps that firstly, the bottom pre-embedded steel plate of the support is fixed to the bottom of a bridge tower; 2, mounting an annular self-anchoring bracket body; thirdly, the prefabricated steel box girders are hoisted in situ, and the adjacent prefabricated steel box girders are welded to form constructed steel box girders; fourthly, steel box girder inner supporting circular pipes and self-anchoring trusses are installed on the constructed steel box girders; and fifthly, the to-be-hoisted steel box girder is installed. The steel box girder can be economically and reasonably lifted to the designated position, and the method can be widely applied to the field of building construction steel structure installation.
