According to the self-balancing anchoring integral in-situ lifting structure and method for the large-span heavy steel box girder, a lifting girder is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of a pier, core-penetrating hydraulic lifters and anchor cables are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the upper portion of the lifting girder, the anchor cable on one side is fixedly connected with the ground, and the anchor cable on the other side is used for lifting the steel box girder; therefore, the self-balancing anchoring integral in-situ lifting structure is formed. When the steel box girder is lifted, the anchor cables fixedly connected with the ground synchronously apply prestress through the core-penetrating hydraulic lifters, the prestress is balanced with the stress of the lifting anchor cables, the bridge pier is prevented from bearing overlarge bending moment and deforming, and therefore the width of a welding seam when the steel box girder is lifted in place is guaranteed.
