Space roof structure out-of-span splicing sliding and relay lifting construction method
The invention discloses a construction method for out-span assembly sliding and relay lifting of a space roof structure. A sliding unit, a sliding tank, a traction device, an assembly jig frame, a sliding rail and a lifting device are included. The sliding rail is laid and spans an area to be constructed, the assembly jig frame is movably arranged on the sliding rail through a plurality of sliding tanks, and movement of the assembly jig frame on the sliding rail is controlled through a traction device; firstly, an area needing to be assembled in advance is determined according to the project civil engineering structure construction sequence; after the advanced assembly area range is divided, a sliding tank and an assembly jig frame are installed according to the assembly sections; and then, splicing of the sliding units is started, then a traction device is started to be installed, the sliding units are slipped to the lifting positions through the traction device, finally, lifting is completed through the lifting device, and roof structure construction is completed. According to the construction method, sliding and lifting processes are combined, the requirement for a construction site is low, and the applicability is high.
本发明公开了一种空间屋盖结构跨外拼装滑移及接力提升的施工方法,包括滑移单元、滑移坦克、牵引装置、拼装胎架、滑移轨道、提升装置;滑移轨道铺设跨越待施工区域,拼装胎架通过多个滑移坦克移动设置于滑移轨道上,通过牵引装置控制其在滑移轨道上的移动;首先根据项目土建结构施工顺序确定需要提前进行拼装区域;在划分完提前拼装区域范围之后根据拼装分段安装滑移坦克及拼装胎架;随后开始滑移单元的拼装,然后开始安装牵引装置,利用牵引装置将滑移单元滑移至提升位置,最后通过提升装置提升完成,完成屋盖结构施工。本发明施工方法结合了滑移及提升工艺,对施工场地要求较少,适用性强。
