The invention provides a sealing device for an outdoor top plate equipment hoisting opening. The sealing device comprises a detachable longitudinal supporting frame with a second water guiding groove formed in the bottom of a steel plate, a detachable transverse supporting frame with water guiding grooves formed in the two sides and the steel plate which is erected on the transverse supporting frame and used for sealing the hoisting opening. By means of the sealing device, after main body construction is completed, the hoisting opening can be sealed immediately, and decoration of the surrounding range and outdoor engineering construction are not affected; during use, the longitudinal supporting frame, the transverse supporting frame and the steel plate can be removed from the hoisting opening, and at the moment, the hoisting opening serves as transportation equipment of a transportation channel; if the sealing device leaks water accidentally during outdoor use, water flow can flow to the second water guide groove through the water outlet under the guide of the second water guide groove, the hoisting opening is sealed, the drainage effect can be achieved, and rainwater is prevented from directly permeating into a basement to damage equipment in the basement.
