A transfer pipe is arranged in the tank body, a gas gathering cover is detachably mounted in the middle of the top end of the transfer pipe and used for diffusing waste gas in the transfer pipe, an intercepting plate is arranged in the middle of the top end of the gas gathering cover, and gas guide holes are annularly formed in the top end of the intercepting plate at equal intervals in a penetrating mode.
