The invention provides a biomass base material phase change energy storage material plate, a preparation method and application thereof, and can be applied to the technical field of building materials and building science and technology. The method comprises the steps that a packaging shell of a preset size is used for conducting first packaging treatment on a phase change composite material, a first packaging assembly is obtained, the interior of the packaging shell is of a hollow structure and comprises one of a raw bamboo shell, a polyvinyl chloride shell and a metal shell, and the phase change composite material is prepared from solid paraffin, liquid paraffin and expanded graphite; the packaged phase change composite material is a liquid phase change composite material before condensation; performing second packaging processing on the top and the bottom of the first packaging assembly by using the tenon-shaped assembly to obtain a second packaging assembly; and performing adhesion treatment on the plurality of second packaging assemblies by using an adhesion material to obtain the biomass base material phase change energy storage material plate. The biomass base material phase change energy storage material plate meets the requirements of indoor temperature regulation and control, and meanwhile, the requirements of low manufacturing cost, energy conservation and environmental protection are met.
