According to the method disclosed by the invention, gel connection is more scientifically and reasonably carried out according to a slurry curing shrinkage-time curve, connection is completed in a reaction period by utilizing gel casting, induction is carried out again, and an oxygen inhibition layer is eliminated; meanwhile, a two-zone temperature control drying and pressureless sintering process is adopted, according to the characteristic that heat flow is always upward, temperature control of an upper zone is set to generate certain lag compared with that of a lower zone, temperature uniformity is achieved, stress is released at the same time, shrinkage of all zones is consistent, a connecting layer is uniform, a finished product is free of defects, and the method has the advantages of being easy to operate and simple in process. The method disclosed by the invention is high in efficiency and simple to operate, and has a huge application prospect in connection of large-size silicon carbide ceramic parts.
