Through the water jet breaking robot, pollution such as dust and noise can be reduced; the anti-collision wall and the edge beam are integrally replaced and are prefabricated in a factory in a centralized mode, component prefabrication and on-site construction can be conducted at the same time, the construction speed is greatly increased, and the construction period is shortened; the site construction speed is high, and the influence on the surrounding environment and traffic is small.
本发明提供了一种桥梁防撞墙更换方法,本发明采用水射流破碎机器人,对待拆除边梁桥面铺装、铰缝及连续缝进行切割,再使用气焊切断伸缩缝型钢。采用2台160t汽车吊,使用C型夹具先将老梁吊离,再将新梁及防撞墙整体吊装到位,最后进行梁体的连接,实现防撞墙快速更换。本发明的能够在解决防撞墙防撞能力不足的同时,尽可能减小对交通的影响。本发明通过水射流破碎机器人,能够减少粉尘、噪声、等污染;采用防撞墙及边梁整体更换,防撞墙及边梁在工厂内集中预制,构件预制和现场可同时施工,大大加快建造速度,缩短工期;现场施工速度快,对周边环境及交通影响小。
