During foundation pit dewatering construction, two-point limiting is carried out on the water filtering well pipe composed of multiple sections of steel pipes above the well hole, so that the water filtering well pipe is always kept in a centrally-perpendicular state to be lowered in the well hole, the water filtering well pipe does not make contact with the well wall, and the stability of the well wall is not affected; and the water filtering well pipe can be stably lowered to the well bottom and kept in a vertical centering state.
