The invention provides a button hidden type handle which comprises a handle body, a lock cylinder cover and a clamping assembly, the handle body is provided with a lock cylinder cover groove and a lock cylinder hole formed in the lock cylinder cover groove, and a key is arranged in the lock cylinder hole in a penetrating mode; the lock cylinder cover is movably connected with the handle body and moves between a covering position for covering the lock cylinder cover groove and an opening position separated from the covering position; the clamping assembly is arranged between the handle body and the lock cylinder cover and provided with a clamping groove formed in the lock cylinder cover, a buckle arranged on the handle body and moving between the clamping position where the clamping groove is clamped and the disengaging position where the clamping groove is disengaged, and a button driving the buckle to move. An operation part of the button is arranged on the back of one side, facing the door leaf, of the handle body. The button for controlling the lock cylinder cover to be opened is arranged on the back face of the handle body, so that the overall safety of the lock body can be improved, ergonomics is met, and the use experience is more comfortable and convenient.
