The invention comprises a moulded article comprising a bolt 1 and an actuator 2 connected by a resilient web 4 designed to drive the bolt and actuator apart. The actuator may include a latch 3. The actuator may include a push button for a handle. Also claimed is a handle including the moulded article. The handle may be rotatable on a base member mounted onto a window. The handle may be attached to the base by way of a spindle and the handle may also incorporate a top hat bush washer and a compression washer. The bolt may be positioned to engage the base member in an advanced position and the resilience of the web drives the bolt to that position.
