The cylindrical overflow pressure regulating tower structure comprises a water inlet mechanism, a pressure regulating mechanism, a water outlet mechanism, an overflow mechanism and a water replenishing mechanism, the water inlet mechanism comprises a water inlet main pipe and a pressure regulating tower water inlet pipe; the pressure regulating tower water inlet pipe comprises a horizontal water inlet pipe and a vertical water inlet pipe which are connected with each other; the pressure regulating mechanism comprises an underflow weir and an underflow pool; the water outlet mechanism comprises a lower overflow pipe and a water outlet main pipe; a horizontal water inlet pipe and a vertical water inlet pipe are connected behind the water inlet main pipe, and incoming flow vertically turns upwards to enter the vertical water inlet pipe after entering the horizontal water inlet pipe; an underflow weir is arranged at the top of the tail end of the vertical water inlet pipe, an underflow tank is arranged outside the vertical water inlet pipe, an overflow mechanism is arranged at the top of the underflow tank, and a water supplementing mechanism is arranged between the head end of the horizontal water inlet pipe and the tail end of the underflow tank.
