The invention discloses a water hammer protection structure and method for reducing the size of a one-way pressure stabilizing tower of a long-distance multi-pump-station water conveying system. An air tank is arranged at an outlet of a pump station at the head end, and an air tank is arranged at an outlet of a middle pump station; a one-way pressure stabilizing tower is arranged along the water conveying pipeline; a middle flow regulating valve is arranged in front of a connecting point of the middle pump station converging into the water conveying pipeline; and a tail end flow regulating valve is arranged in front of the downstream reservoir. The middle flow regulating valve and the tail end flow regulating valve are combined with the air tank and the one-way pressure stabilizing tower to perform combined water hammer control, and when a water pumping power failure accident occurs in a single pump station of the water conveying system, the flow regulating valves are rapidly closed according to a preset closing rule, an accident source is isolated, and the influence of water hammer waves is reduced, so that the protection range of the one-way pressure stabilizing tower is shortened, and the safety of the water conveying system is improved. And the volume of the one-way pressure stabilizing tower is obviously reduced. The size of the one-way pressure stabilizing tower of the long-distance multi-pump-station water conveying system can be reduced, the influence of power failure of a single pump station on the whole water conveying system is reduced, the flexibility of water replenishing of multiple pump stations is fully utilized, and the project cost is reduced while the water supply guarantee rate is increased.
本发明公开了一种减小长距离多泵站输水系统单向稳压塔体积的水锤防护结构及方法,提出在首端泵站出口设空气罐、中部泵站出口设空气罐;输水管道沿线设单向塔稳压塔;中部泵站汇入输水管道的连接点前设中部调流阀,下游蓄水池前设末端调流阀。中部调流阀与末端调流阀结合空气罐与单向稳压塔进行联合水锤控制,当输水系统单一泵站出现抽水掉电事故时,调流阀按照预设的关闭规律快速关闭,隔断事故源,削减水锤波的影响,从而缩短单向稳压塔的防护范围,显著减小单向稳压塔的体积。本发明可减小长距离多泵站输水系统单向稳压塔的体积,削减单一泵站掉电对整个输水系统的影响,充分利用多泵站补水的灵活性,在提高供水保证率的同时降低工程造价。
