The invention discloses a roadway surrounding rock reinforcement quick-setting grouting material, which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 600-800 parts of Portland cement, 30-50 parts of an alkali-free liquid accelerator, 200-300 parts of a polyurethane slurry, 100-200 parts of a modified filler, 20-30 parts of KH550 and 400-450 parts of water, the surface of the modified filler contains a large amount of active hydroxyl, and in the blending process of the modified filler and the polyurethane slurry, the active hydroxyl is added into the modified filler, such that the surface of the modified filler has a large amount of active hydroxyl. When water is added, active hydroxyl groups on the surface can react with isocyanate groups on polyurethane molecules, meanwhile, KH550 is added, amino groups on the KH550 can also react with isocyanate, so that the cured polyurethane molecules form siloxane blocking, when water is added, siloxane can hydrolyze to be grafted with cement particles and active hydroxyl groups on the surface of a rock wall, and the curing effect is good. The grouting material can be better matched with the rock wall, and the side chain of the polyurethane molecule contains the benzothiadiazole derivative ligand, so that the reinforcing effect is improved.
本发明公开了一种巷道围岩加固的速凝型注浆材料,包括如下重量份原料:600‑800份硅酸盐水泥、30‑50份无碱液体速凝剂、200‑300份聚氨酯浆料、100‑200份改性填料、20‑30份KH550和400‑450份水,改性填料的表面含有大量活性羟基,在与聚氨酯浆料共混过程中,表面的活性羟基,能够与聚氨酯分子上的异氰酸酯基反应,同时加入KH550,KH550上的氨基也能够与异氰酸酯反应,使得固化后的聚氨酯分子形成硅氧烷封端,当水加入时硅氧烷能够水解与水泥颗粒以及岩壁表面的活性羟基接枝,使得注浆材料与岩壁能够更好的配合,且聚氨酯分子侧链含有苯并噻二唑衍生配体,进而提升加固效果。
