The invention discloses a tunnel backfill grouting material with a self-repairing function and a preparation method. The grouting material is formed by mixing a high-silicon-aluminum-content grouting base material, sodium silicate, calcium oxide, a self-repairing capsule and water according to the mass ratio of (2.0-5.0): (1.0-1.5): 1.0: (0.08-0.45): (3.2-9.0). The self-repairing capsule comprises a capsule A and a capsule B, the thickness of a shell is 0.105 +/-0.005 mm, and the self-repairing capsule is composed of ethyl cellulose and urea resin according to the mass ratio of 10.0-20.0; the capsule cavity A contains sodium silicate, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 1.0: (0.007-0.014): (0.003-0.006); quick lime and hydroxyl graphene oxide are contained in a cavity B of the capsule, and the mass ratio of the quick lime to the hydroxyl graphene oxide is 100.0: (0.001-0.01). The self-repairing function refers to that after the tunnel wall post-grouting impermeable layer is fractured under load, the capsule A and the capsule B are cracked, sodium silicate is dissolved in an alkaline environment and reacts with calcium hydroxide generated by hydration of quick lime to form hydrated calcium silicate gel, and then the tunnel wall post-grouting impermeable layer is repaired. Grouting layer cracks and holes are jointly filled with covalent polymerization gel formed by decomposition and polycondensation of silicon-aluminum components in the grouting material, and the purpose of tunnel anti-seepage self-repairing is achieved.
