The invention discloses a silicon dioxide-coated tetragonal-phase barium titanate composite ceramic material. The composite ceramic material is a silicon dioxide coating layer coated on the surface of tetragonal-phase barium titanate nanoparticles, in addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the silicon dioxide coated tetragonal phase barium titanate composite ceramic material, which comprises the following steps: carrying out ultrasonic treatment on barium titanate powder to form a suspension, adding a silicon source, dropwise adding ammonia water to adjust the pH value, centrifuging, drying overnight, and finally calcining in a muffle furnace to obtain the silicon dioxide coated tetragonal phase barium titanate composite ceramic material. The core-shell structure is formed after barium titanate is coated with silicon dioxide, so that the composite ceramic material is more compact in structure and larger in size, bonding or agglomeration of barium titanate is avoided to a great extent, the dielectric constant is further improved, the dielectric loss is reduced, the sintering temperature of the ceramic material is also reduced due to coating of silicon dioxide, and the sintering performance of the ceramic material is improved. Potential safety hazards are reduced, and operability is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种二氧化硅包覆四方相钛酸钡复合陶瓷材料,该复合陶瓷材料为在四方相的钛酸钡纳米颗粒表面包覆的二氧化硅包覆层;另外本发明还提供了一种二氧化硅包覆四方相钛酸钡复合陶瓷材料的制备方法,该方法将钛酸钡粉超声形成悬浮液,加入硅源,滴加氨水调节pH,通过离心并隔夜干燥,最后在马弗炉中煅烧,得到二氧化硅包覆四方相钛酸钡的复合陶瓷材料。本发明通过将二氧化硅包覆钛酸钡后形成核壳结构,使复合陶瓷材料的结构更加致密,尺寸变大,很大程度上避免了钛酸钡之间的粘结或团聚,因此进一步改善介电常数并降低介电损耗,再者,二氧化硅的包覆也降低了陶瓷材料的烧结温度,安全隐患降低,可操作性增强。
