According to the preparation method of the pretreated gel microspheres, through soaking treatment and secondary drying treatment, the obtained pretreated gel microspheres are expanded in volume and enlarged in pore structure, so that the internal pressure of the microspheres can be reduced in the subsequent roasting process, and cracking of the microspheres is avoided.
