The invention discloses an antioxidant sealing carbon graphite material and a preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and kneading semi-reinforcing carbon black and a binder A to obtain a first-stage material; (2) carrying out dry mixing on calcined petroleum coke, calcined pitch coke, crystalline flake graphite, titanium powder and the first-stage material obtained in the step (1) to obtain dry powder; (3) adding aluminum oxide and a binder B into the dry powder obtained in the step (2), and mixing and kneading to obtain a paste material; (4) carrying out rolling, grinding, pre-mold pressing and isostatic pressing on the paste obtained in the step (3) to obtain a blank; and (5) carrying out primary roasting, dipping, secondary roasting and graphitization treatment on the blank obtained in the step (4) to obtain the antioxidant sealing carbon-graphite material. The carbon graphite material prepared by the method is high in graphitization degree and has good oxidation resistance.
本发明公开了一种抗氧化密封炭石墨材料及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将半补强炭黑和粘结剂A进行混捏,得到一阶段料;(2)将煅后石油焦、煅后沥青焦、鳞片石墨、钛粉和步骤(1)得到的一阶段料进行干混,得到干粉;(3)向步骤(2)的干粉中添加氧化铝和粘结剂B,混捏得到糊料;(4)将步骤(3)得到的糊料经轧辊、磨粉、预模压和等静压成型得到坯料;(5)步骤(4)的坯料经一次焙烧、浸渍、二次焙烧和石墨化处理,即得到所述抗氧化密封炭石墨材料。本发明制备得到炭石墨材料的石墨化度高,具有良好抗氧化性能。
