The invention discloses self-anti-pollution cement paste for well cementation under an oil-based drilling fluid condition. The lipophilic cement paste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 3-8 parts of a fluid loss agent, 2-5 parts of a retarder, 0.5-2 parts of an anti-pollution agent A, 3-7 parts of an anti-pollution agent B, 30-60 parts of a high-temperature stabilizer A, 3-5 parts of a high-temperature stabilizer B, 10-80 parts of a density regulator, 0.5-1.5 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a defoaming agent and 35-65 parts of water. The lipophilic cement paste provided by the invention can solve the problem of slow strength development and even non-condensation after cement paste is mixed with oil or oil-based drilling fluid under an oil-based drilling fluid condition, and can reduce local defects formed by the oil-based drilling fluid, reduce damage to mechanical properties of set cement, improve wall surface wettability and improve interface cementation performance.
