The spiral energy consumption ring and the spring reset ring are uniformly distributed between the upper plate and the lower plate; the upper plate is connected with a beam bottom steel plate through first bolts; and the lower plate is connected with the supporting padstone through a ground anchor bolt. The spiral energy dissipation ring and the spring reset ring are arranged, under the condition that it is guaranteed that sliding of the plate type rubber support is not limited, beam body displacement is limited, beam body displacement or beam falling is avoided, it can be guaranteed that the limiting damper has good reset capacity and energy dissipation capacity, and post-earthquake damage is reduced.
