Construction method of composite steel flower pipe pile supporting structure
The invention relates to a construction method of a composite floral steel pipe pile supporting structure. A supporting form of a floral steel pipe pile, a high-pressure jet grouting pile and a soil nailing wall is adopted. Firstly, high-pressure jet grouting piles are constructed, surrounding cohesive soil, silt, sandy soil and plain filling soil are solidified through cement grout injected at high pressure, meanwhile, the effect of a waterproof curtain is achieved, then the rigidity of the slope is increased by constructing the steel flower pipe piles and the high-pressure jet grouting piles in a built-in mode, and after the strength of the steel flower pipe piles reaches the standard, locking beams are constructed after the steel flower pipe piles and the high-pressure jet grouting piles are detected to be qualified. A row of steel flower pipe piles are connected, the integrity is improved, then layered excavation is started, the first soil nail and the second soil nail are constructed in sequence, net hanging and concrete spraying are conducted, the process is repeated till the fourth soil nail and net hanging and concrete spraying construction is completed, and a complete foundation pit supporting system is formed. The method has the advantages of being high in construction speed, low in construction cost, simple in construction process and easy to control safety and quality, and good effects are achieved in the aspects of safety, quality, progress and economic benefits.
本发明是一种复合钢花管桩支护结构的施工方法,采用“钢花管桩+高压旋喷桩+土钉墙的支护形式”;先施工高压旋喷桩,通过高压喷入的水泥浆液,使得周围黏性土、粉土、砂土和素填土固化,同时起到止水帷幕的作用,然后通过施工钢花管桩与高压旋喷桩嵌固增加边坡的刚度,待钢花管桩强度达到后,检测合格后施工锁口梁,将一排钢花管桩相连,增加整体性,然后开始分层开挖,依次施工第一、二道土钉,挂网喷砼,重复该过程,至第四道土钉、挂网喷砼施工完成,形成完整的基坑支护体系。本发明施工速度快、施工造价低,施工过程简单、安全质量易控的特点,且在安全、质量、进度和经济效益多方面均取得良好效果。
