The invention discloses an ultra-high light fabricated partition board capable of relieving self-bearing height-thickness ratio restriction and an installation method, which are characterized in that the whole surface on which the ultra-high light fabricated partition board needs to be installed is divided into a plurality of blocks meeting the standard distance through vertically arranged structural constructional columns, and then each block is divided into an upper area and a lower area; wherein the upper-layer assembly type partition plate in the upper area is stressed on the upper structural beam plate, and the lower-layer assembly type partition plate in the lower area is supported on the lower structural beam plate. The problem that a lintel needs to be arranged due to the limitation of the height-thickness ratio on the wall height and the limitation of the 6-meter length of a partition wall is solved, procedures are reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, and meanwhile installation difficulty caused by existence of the lintel is avoided; the perpendicularity and flatness of the partition wall plate and the stability of the whole wall body during installation are guaranteed; and the internal partition wall accords with industrial and fabricated building policies and is more consistent with a full-area internal partition wall required by design.
本发明公开一种解除自承重高厚比制约的超高轻质装配式隔墙板及安装方法,其特征是通过竖直布置的结构构造柱把整个需要安装超高轻质装配式隔墙板的面分隔成满足规范距离的若干块,再把每个块划分为上、下两个区域,其中上区域的上层装配式隔墙板受力于上结构梁板,下区域的下层装配式隔墙板支承于下结构梁板。避免了因高厚比对墙高的限制以及隔墙6米长度的限制而必须设置过梁的问题,减少了工序和加快了施工进度,同时避免过梁的存在造成的安装困难;保证了安装时隔墙板的垂直度、平整度以及整个墙体的稳定性;符合工业化、装配式建筑政策,与设计要求的全面积内隔墙更加吻合。
