The invention discloses an ultrahigh light partition board structure mounting method which comprises the following steps: S1, splicing structural wall columns to form a first layer of partition board, and clamping two ends of the first layer of partition board into second mortises in the structural wall columns respectively; a prefabricated waist beam is arranged at the bottom end of the first-layer partition wall board, and the bottom end of the first-layer partition wall board is clamped in a first mortise groove in the top side of the prefabricated waist beam; s2, the bottom end of the prefabricated waist beam is jacked through a jacking unit, so that the prefabricated waist beam and the first-layer partition wall board are lifted till the top end of the first-layer partition wall board is clamped into a clamping groove in the bottom side of the structural beam board; s3, a supporting jig frame is in lap joint between the prefabricated waist beam and the bottom supporting face, structural supporting of the prefabricated waist beam is completed, and the jacking units are removed; and S4, splicing a second layer of partition wall board between the prefabricated waist beam and the bottom supporting surface, and completing structural fixation between the second layer of partition wall board and the supporting surface. And the construction efficiency of the ultrahigh and higher light partition board is improved.
本发明公开了一种超高轻质隔墙板结构安装方法,所述超高轻质隔墙板结构安装方法包括如下步骤:S1:于结构墙柱之间拼接形成第一层隔墙板,且第一层隔墙板两端分别卡接于结构墙柱上的第二卯槽内;所述第一层隔墙板底端设有预制腰梁,所述第一层隔墙板底端卡接于所述预制腰梁顶侧第一卯槽内;S2:通过顶升单元顶动所述预制腰梁底端,使得预制腰梁和第一层隔墙板升,直至第一层隔墙板的顶端卡接于结构梁板底侧的卡槽内;S3:于预制腰梁与底部支撑面之间搭接支撑胎架,完成预制腰梁的结构支撑,并移除顶升单元;S4:于预制腰梁与底部支撑面之间拼接第二层隔墙板,并完成第二层隔墙板与支撑面之间的结构固定。提升了超高较高轻质隔墙板施工效率。
