A first inserting hole is formed in the first sleeve, a plurality of first limiting holes are sequentially formed in the first connecting rod in the length direction, and the first inserting hole corresponds to the first limiting holes in position; the first plug pin is used for being inserted into the first insertion hole and one of the first limiting holes. The invention provides a portable electric pole aerial work platform which is used for solving the technical problem that when an existing electric worker climbs a pole to conduct aerial work, the electric worker wears a climbing climber and a safety belt and adjusts a proper working posture in a mode of leaning backwards and inclining the body, and operation is difficult.
