The invention belongs to the technical field of environment-friendly materials, and discloses a preparation method and application of nano calcium hydroxide lyosol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing an alcohol substance with a solvent to obtain a molecular inducible mixture; (2) mixing micron-sized calcium oxide powder with the molecule-induced mixture to obtain mixed slurry, generating micro-nano bubbles in the mixed slurry by using an ultrasonic micro-nano bubble generator, and stirring to obtain calcium hydroxide slurry; and (3) adding a surfactant into the calcium hydroxide slurry, stirring, and grinding to obtain the nano calcium hydroxide lyosol. According to the method, the nano calcium hydroxide lyosol can be industrially prepared by utilizing a molecule induced mixture and micro-nano bubble synergistic process, the nano calcium hydroxide lyosol is good in dispersity and stability, the Ca (OH) 2 particle size can be controlled, the sewage treatment cost is reduced, and the sludge generation amount is reduced.
