Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 120-180 parts of cement, 30-40 parts of hectorite, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 2-3 parts of polypropylene fiber, 3-5 parts of sodium silicate, 2-4 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 3-6 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.5-2 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2-4 parts of calcium stearate, 10-14 parts of a foaming agent, 7-9 parts of a coupling agent, 6-8 parts of a waterproof agent, 0.5-0.8 part of a foam stabilizer, 5-10 parts of a reinforcing agent and 1-2 parts of anionic waterborne polyurethane. The water-based paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3.5-6 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 4-7 parts of modified tree ash, 10-13 parts of water glass, 6-9 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-5 parts of an inorganic thickening agent and 110-170 parts of water. By adding the polypropylene fibers and the reinforcing agent into the raw materials, the use strength and corrosion resistance of the insulation board can be improved, so that the service life of the insulation board is prolonged; the preparation process is simple, convenient to operate, high in preparation efficiency and product percent of pass and low in production cost.
