The invention discloses a preparation method of a heat insulation/sound attenuation/super-hydrophobic material based on a geopolymer modification technology. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and uniformly dispersing an excitant solution and powder with excitation activity according to a certain proportion to form slurry; adding a pore-forming agent into the prepared geopolymer slurry according to a certain proportion, and continuously stirring uniformly; pouring the geopolymer foaming slurry which is uniformly stirred and dispersed into a mold, performing injection molding, performing curing molding, and performing curing, demolding and polishing to obtain a porous geopolymer precursor; the surface of the porous geopolymer precursor is coated with a certain amount of water and a modifier, and the porous geopolymer precursor is sealed and cured at a certain temperature to obtain the heat insulation/noise reduction/super-hydrophobic material. The heat insulation/noise reduction/super-hydrophobic material prepared by the method has a good heat insulation/noise reduction effect and has relatively large flux and oleophylic and hydrophobic characteristics, oil-water separation is realized, and the method has great advantages and application prospects in the aspect of preparation of the heat insulation/noise reduction/super-hydrophobic material.
本发明公开了一种基于地聚物改性技术的隔热/消音/超疏水材料制备方法,包括如下步骤:将激发剂溶液和具有激发活性的粉体按照一定比例搅拌分散均匀成浆料;将造孔剂按照一定的比例加入到制备的地聚物浆料中继续搅拌均匀;将搅拌分散均匀的地聚物发泡浆料倒入模具中注模,固化成型,经养护、脱模、打磨得到多孔地聚物前驱体;将多孔地聚物前驱体表面涂覆一定量的水和改性剂,并在一定温度下密封养护即可得到隔热/消音/超疏水材料。本发明所制备的隔热/消音/超疏水材料具有良好的隔热/消音效果,并且具有较大通量和亲油疏水特性,实现了油水分离,该方法在隔热/消音/超疏水材料制备方面具有很大的优势和应用前景。
