The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a rapid dispersing type polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The water reducing agent is formed by copolymerization of an acetyl-terminated polyether macromonomer, acrylic acid, an ester macromonomer and a functional monomer C through a copolymerization reaction. Compared with the prior art, the rapid dispersing type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent prepared by adopting the specific acetyl-terminated polyether macromonomer has the advantages that the adsorption rate and the early-stage adsorption capacity of the rapid dispersing type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent on the surfaces of cement particles are remarkably improved, the adsorption capacity of the water reducing agent in the later stage can be kept at a relatively high level, and cement using the water reducing agent is short in neat paste dispersing time and high in water reducing efficiency. And under the condition that the same initial neat paste fluidity requirement is met, a small amount of the water reducing agent is needed, and the water reducing agent is high in dispersion speed, good in dispersion performance and good in slump retaining performance at low temperature.
本发明涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种快速分散型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。该减水剂由乙酰基封端聚醚大单体、丙烯酸、酯类大单体与功能单体C经共聚反应共聚而成。本发明采用特定乙酰基封端聚醚大单体制得的快速分散型聚羧酸减水剂,其在水泥颗粒表面的吸附速率和早期吸附量得到显著提升,而且后期减水剂吸附量能保持在较高水平,使用该减水剂的水泥的净浆分散时间短,并且在达到相同初始净浆流动度要求下,需要的该减水剂少,该减水剂在低温下分散速度快,分散性能好,而且保坍性能良好。
