The invention relates to the technical field of highway subgrade engineering, in particular to a steel slag improved silty clay subgrade material and a filling method thereof.According to the steel slag improved silty clay subgrade material and the filling method thereof, the mixing amount of steel slag is set to be 30%-70% of the mass of silty clay, 50% of the mass of the silty clay is the optimal mixing amount, and cement accounting for 2% of the total mass of improved soil is added; therefore, the strength and the water stability of the steel slag improved silty clay compared with the silty clay are further improved on the basis of controlling the material cost. Compared with unimproved soil, the silty clay improved by the method has the advantages that the bearing ratio is improved by 5-22 times, the water stability is improved by 0.8-4.3 times, the components of the leachate meet the relevant provisions about drinking water in Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002) and Quality Standard for Underground Water (GB/T 14848-2017), the content of polluting elements in the roadbed infiltration fluid adopting the silty clay edge covering structure is further reduced, and the quality of the roadbed infiltration fluid is improved. The technical problems that existing steel slag is used for roadbed filling, the environment is polluted, and silty clay is low in bearing capacity and poor in water stability are solved.
本发明涉及公路路基工程技术领域,具体涉及一种钢渣改良粉质黏土路基材料及其填筑方法,通过将钢渣掺量设定为粉质黏土质量的30%~70%,其中粉质黏土质量的50%为最优掺量,且通过添加改良土总质量2%的水泥,从而实现在控制材料成本的基础上进一步提高了钢渣改良粉质黏土较粉质黏土的强度与水稳定性。使用本方法改良的粉质黏土较未改良土承载比提高5~22倍、水稳定性提高0.8~4.3倍,浸出液成分符合《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838‑2002)、《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848‑2017)中关于饮用水的相关规定,进一步的采用粉质黏土包边结构的路基浸润液污染元素含量进一步降低,解决了现有的钢渣用于路基填筑环境污染与粉质黏土承载力低、水稳定性差的技术问题。
