The vibroflotation method for obtaining the gravel pile with the guaranteed pile diameter comprises the steps that self-adaptive control is conducted on launching of a vibroflotation gravel pile machine comprising a telescopic guide rod and a vibroflotation device, and vibroflotation construction of a gravel pile hole is rapidly completed; gravel fillers are placed in the gravel pile holes in batches, the gravel fillers placed in the gravel pile holes in batches are subjected to vibroflotation densification one by one through the vibroflotation device, and N gravel pile sections are formed; the pile diameter of each gravel pile section is calculated and stored according to the filling amount of the gravel filling materials placed in the gravel pile holes in each batch; and comparing all the calculated pile diameters of the gravel pile sections one by one to obtain the minimum pile diameter serving as the guaranteed pile diameter of the gravel pile. According to the method, the supply quantity of the water pressure is accurately controlled according to the compactness of different stratums, so that the vibroflotation construction of the deep and thick covering layer stratums of more than 50m is accelerated, the frequent adjustment of the pore-forming speed is avoided, and the gravel pile formed by the vibroflotation gravel filler is tightly combined with the soil layer.
本发明公开一种获得保证桩径碎石桩的振冲方法,包括:通过对包括伸缩导杆和振冲器的振冲碎石桩机的下水进行自适应控制,快速完成碎石桩孔的振冲施工;将碎石填料分批次置入所述碎石桩孔中,通过所述振冲器对逐一对分批次置入所述碎石桩孔中的碎石填料进行振冲加密,形成N个碎石桩段;利用每批次置入碎石桩孔内的碎石填料的填料量,计算并保存每个碎石桩段的桩径;通过将所有计算的碎石桩段的桩径逐一进行比较,得到作为碎石桩保证桩径的最小桩径。本发明的方法,根据不同地层密实度精确控制下水压力的供给量,使50m以上深厚覆盖层地层振冲施工加速进行,避免造孔速度的频繁调整,并使振冲碎石填料形成的碎石桩与土层紧密结合在一起。
