A method for preparing environment-friendly process stone through harmless curing of industrial waste gypsum comprises the following steps that S1, wet industrial waste gypsum and an alkalization water-retaining agent are placed in a mechanical mixing device and stirred to be uniform, and an alkaline water-retaining gypsum material is obtained; and S2, adding a hydraulic cementing material and a heavy metal curing water repellent agent into the alkaline water-retaining gypsum material obtained in the step S1, continuously stirring and uniformly mixing, feeding into a process stone compression molding machine, pressing into process stone, and carrying out normal-temperature natural curing or damp-heat curing or dry-steaming curing for a proper time, thereby obtaining the water-retaining gypsum material. The method is simple in process and free of secondary pollution; the method is simple in process, low in investment, large in treatment capacity of harmless resource utilization of wet phosphogypsum and desulfurized gypsum, low in operation cost and capable of effectively solving the problem that the phosphogypsum and the desulfurized gypsum severely pollute environmental water and soil for a long time; the prepared product can meet the requirements of outdoor projects such as municipal gardens, engineering rivers and ditches, road renovation and slope protection on environment-friendly artificial craft stones.
