The invention relates to the technical field of foamed soil, in particular to high-volume lithium slag foamed soil and a preparation method thereof. The high-dosage lithium slag foam soil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.5-5% of a foaming agent, 7-25% of a curing agent, 65-85% of composite soil and 5-15% of an exciting agent, the curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0-20% of steel slag, 30-70% of mineral slag, 0-15% of primary lithium slag and 20-50% of secondary lithium slag; the composite soil comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60%-80% of secondary lithium slag, 10%-20% of fly ash and 0%-30% of soil. The curing agent and the composite soil are prepared from the lithium slag and are used for producing the foam soil, the use amount of cement can be reduced, land resources are saved, and a large amount of lithium slag waste can be consumed. The raw materials are reasonable in composition and proportion, and the doping amount of the undisturbed lithium slag in the foamed soil is greatly increased while the performance of the foamed soil is guaranteed.
本发明涉及泡沫土技术领域,特别是涉及一种大掺量锂渣泡沫土及其制备方法。按质量百分数计,大掺量锂渣泡沫土的原料包括发泡剂0.5%~5%、固化剂7%~25%、复合土65%~85%和激发剂5%~15%;按质量百分数计,固化剂包括钢渣0%~20%、矿渣30%~70%、一道锂渣0%~15%和二道锂渣20%~50%;按质量百分数计,复合土包括二道锂渣60%~80%、粉煤灰10%~20%和土0%~30%。本发明利用锂渣制备固化剂及复合土,并用于生产泡沫土,可以减少水泥的使用量,节约土地资源,而且可以大量消纳锂渣废弃物。本发明原料组成、配比合理,在保证泡沫土性能的同时,大幅度提高原状锂渣在泡沫土中的掺加量。
