Anode carbon block and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of an anode carbon block, which comprises the following steps: 1) taking petroleum coke, carrying out high-temperature treatment at 1250-1350 DEG C, crushing and screening, taking petroleum coke particles with the particle size of 25-100mm as aggregate, returning petroleum coke blocks with the particle size of more than 100mm, crushing again, and grinding petroleum coke particles with the particle size of less than 25mm to obtain powder; 2) taking coal pitch, and preserving heat for later use; (3) mixing and kneading the aggregate and the powder obtained in the step (1) and the coal pitch obtained in the step (2) to obtain a paste material, and carrying out vibration molding on the paste material to obtain a green body, in the paste material, the powder material accounts for 35-40wt%, the pitch accounts for 14.5-15.5%, and the balance is the aggregate; 4) cooling the green body to room temperature; and 5) calcining the green body in a sealed space to obtain the anode carbon block. The anode carbon block with relatively high mechanical strength, excellent oxidation resistance and good electrochemical performance is prepared by configuring a raw material formula of the green body and technological parameters of a production process.
