Comprising a middle base plate fixedly installed in a drain opening, a gate box is arranged on the inner side of the middle base plate, a support is installed above the middle base plate, and a lifting driving assembly is installed in the middle of the support; the gate box comprises a rectangular flat box body, a water injection opening is formed in the top of the box body, a sewage discharge gate valve is arranged at the bottom of the box body, a plurality of windows are formed in the side wall, located on the inner side, of the gate box, a conical cover is installed in each window, and connecting pipes which are communicated with the interior of the box body and provided with external threads are installed at the bottoms of inner cavities of the conical covers. A spray head is further mounted in the conical cover and completely falls into an inner cavity of the conical cover; a water pump is further installed on the support, a water outlet of the water pump is connected with the water filling nozzle of the brake box through a pipeline, a water pumping pipe is connected to a water inlet of the water pump, and a filter screen is installed at the outer end of the water pumping pipe. The gate device can continuously and conveniently adjust the drainage height, and has the capacity of solving the problem of inner side mud deposition.
