Construction method for reinforcing steel support by using fragmented combined steel platform
The invention discloses a construction method for reinforcing a steel support by using a split type combined steel platform, which comprises the following steps: reinforcing the steel support in a deep foundation pit by using the split type combined steel platform taking steel latticed columns, steel cross rods and diagonal bracings as main bodies, firstly constructing two steel latticed columns, and mounting the steel latticed columns at the upper ends of cast-in-place piles; and then earthwork is excavated, a first steel cross rod is arranged, the processes of earthwork excavation, diagonal bracing arrangement and construction of a next steel cross rod are circularly conducted till the designed bottom face of the foundation pit is excavated, and a water stop steel plate is welded to the lower portion of the steel latticed column. The method can reinforce and limit the steel support, and can effectively transfer partial stress of the steel support, so that the deflection deformation of the steel support is controlled, and the problem of eccentric stress is solved.
本发明公开一种利用分片式组合钢平台进行钢支撑加固的施工方法,利用钢格构柱、钢横杆和剪刀撑为主体的分片式组合钢平台对深基坑内部的钢支撑进行加固,先施工两处钢格构柱,钢格构柱安装在灌注桩上端;然后开挖土方,设置第一道钢横杆,并循环进行土方开挖、设置剪刀撑、施工下一道钢横杆的流程,直到开挖至基坑设计底面,则在钢格构柱下部焊接止水钢板。本方法能为钢支撑提供加固和限位,能有效转移钢支撑部分受力,从而控制钢支撑挠曲变形,解决偏心受力问题。
