The method comprises the steps that a plurality of boundary hoistways arranged at intervals are drilled along the edge of a construction area; a plurality of boundary supporting columns are placed and fixed in the boundary hoistways in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the boundary supporting columns form a boundary supporting structure; forming a surface layer floor bearing structure on the surface of the construction area, wherein the surface layer floor bearing structure is connected with and covers the boundary supporting structure; the foundation pit layers are excavated and reinforced repeatedly under the surface layer floor bearing structure, the target number of foundation pit layers are obtained, and the target number of foundation pit layers jointly form a foundation pit; a main foundation is formed at the bottom of the foundation pit and connected with a boundary supporting structure. The technical effect that the surface layer floor bearing structure is supported through the boundary supporting columns is achieved by arranging the multiple boundary supporting columns.
