Floor support plate
The invention provides a floor support plate. The floor support plate comprises a truss and a metal plate. The truss is provided with a strip-shaped upper chord and a wavy web member which are connected with each other. Partial area of the metal plate is bent for multiple times to form protruding stiffening ribs. The extending direction of the stiffening ribs is consistent with the extending direction of the truss. And the anti-bending structures at the bottom ends of the web members are fixedly connected with the stiffening ribs. According to the floor support plate, the metal plate is directly adopted as the bottom plate to be connected with the truss, the tensile property of the steel plate is fully utilized, and equivalently, the lower chord of the truss and the metal plate jointly bear tensile force. The truss and the metal plate are directly welded, and construction is convenient. The metal plate can also serve as a formwork, formwork removal is not needed in the later period, the construction steps can be simplified, and the construction efficiency is improved. Profiled stiffening ribs can be directly formed on the metal plate, so that the strength of the metal plate is improved. The extension direction of the stiffening ribs is consistent with the extension direction of the truss, so that transverse constraint and support can be increased, the overall rigidity of the floor support plate structure is improved, and the bearing capacity of the structure is improved.
