The invention discloses a telescopic building equipment supporting device and a jacking method. The telescopic building equipment supporting device comprises at least four wall attaching assemblies arranged on the outer side of a wall. The first supporting piece is movably arranged in the second supporting piece, one end of the first supporting piece is used for being connected with the construction integration platform, and the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are both connected to the wall attaching assembly in a hung mode; the telescopic assembly is movably arranged in the second supporting piece, one end of the telescopic assembly is connected with one end of the first supporting piece, the other end of the telescopic assembly is connected with the second supporting piece, and the telescopic assembly stretches and jacks the first supporting piece; and the clamping telescopic piece is arranged on the telescopic assembly, is telescopically connected with the second supporting piece in a clamping manner, and is combined with the telescopic assembly to retract and lift the second supporting piece. The first supporting piece is jacked through the telescopic assembly, and the telescopic assembly is combined with the clamping telescopic piece to pull up the second supporting piece. The problem that operation in the jacking process of a supporting device is tedious is solved.
