The invention provides a jacking supporting device for building construction and an application method and relates to the field of building construction equipment. The jacking supporting device for building construction comprises a supporting frame, supporting standard sections arranged in the supporting frame, jacking systems arranged on opposite sides of the supporting frame, back-leaning adjusting devices arranged on the outer sides of the jacking systems and a feeding mechanism arranged at the bottom of the supporting frame. Each jacking system comprises a hydraulic cylinder, an oil cylinder connector arranged at the top end of a movable rod of the hydraulic cylinder, a pair of jacking brackets connected to the oil cylinder connector in a penetrating manner through fixing pins, liftingtransverse beams fixedly connected to the outer end tips of the pair of jacking brackets, lifting pins fixed to two ends of the lifting transverse beams and a hydraulic control system and a hydraulicpressure pumping station. By means of the jacking supporting device for building construction, problems that lifting hoisting equipment is generally adopted so that construction can be conducted in existing steel structure construction, and the lifting hoisting equipment is large in occupation area of land, high in site requirements, poor in flexibility, low in construction efficiency and long inthe construction period are solved.
一种建筑施工用顶升支撑装置及使用方法,涉及建筑施工设备领域,顶升支撑装置包括支撑框架、设置在支撑框架内的支撑标准节、设置在支撑框架一对侧的顶升系统、设置在顶升系统外侧的后仰调节装置以及设置在支撑框架底部的入料机构。顶升系统包括液压缸、设置在液压缸的活动杆顶端的油缸连接头、通过固定销贯穿连接在油缸连接头上的一对顶升托架、固定连接在一对顶升托架的外端头的提升横梁、固定在提升横梁两端的提升销以及液压控制系统和液压泵站。本发明解决现有钢结构的施工一般采用起重吊装设备进行施工,起重吊装设备占地大、对场地要求高、灵活性差,及施工效率低、施工周期大的问题。
