The invention relates to a post-cast strip construction method of a building technical layer, which is applied to post-cast strip positions of a top plate and a bottom plate of the building technical layer, and comprises the following steps of: 1, pouring the bottom plate, and reserving the post-cast strip position without pouring; secondly, a scaffold is erected upwards from the bottom plate, the scaffold is formed by erecting cross rods and vertical rods of the standard size, an adjustable base is arranged at the top of the scaffold, square tube cushion block assemblies are fixed to the upper end of the adjustable base, and the multiple layers of square tube cushion block assemblies are accumulated upwards till the elevation of the bottom face of the top plate is reached; thirdly, concrete of the top plate is poured, and the position of a post-cast strip of the top plate is reserved and not poured; fourthly, a pouring hole is formed in the post-cast strip formwork of the top plate, and the position of the pouring hole is located over the post-cast strip of the bottom plate; fifthly, on the top plate, a grouting pipe penetrates through the pouring hole to extend to the position of the post-pouring belt of the bottom plate, and the post-pouring belt of the bottom plate is poured; and sixthly, after the pouring hole is plugged through a sealing device, the top plate post-pouring belt is poured.
