The invention relates to a vehicle tail door control system, a vehicle tail door control method and a computer readable storage medium. The control system of the vehicle tail door comprises a first motor, a second motor and a controller, wherein the first motor is configured to control the tail door to enter an open state or a closed state; the second motor is configured to control the tail gate to be kept in the opening state or the closing state; a control unit coupled with the first motor and the second motor and configured to: generate a first detection result based on a vehicle speed; generating a second detection result based on the current information of the first motor; generating a third detection result based on the position information of the first motor; and controlling a power supply of the second motor at least based on the first detection result, and controlling a power supply of the first motor at least based on one or more of the first detection result, the second detection result and the third detection result.
